My mission is to create a vehicle by which financial literacy and entrepreneurship can be provided to businesses and individuals in overlooked communities that will value and use the information and apply it in their daily lives.

It seems quite obvious that the need for financial literacy and entrepreneurship is and has been overwhelming but at the same time has been neglected. What I’ve decided to do is to create a forum including a Blog that is focused on providing information that is relevant to businesses regarding their financial well-being as well as providing workshops, training sessions and coaching for individuals and groups.

Aaron graduated from Florida A & M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. He holds a MBA degree from the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce where he studied entrepreneurship and minored in finance. His career spans the financial services, consumer products and telecommunications sectors where he has managed product development, marketing, sales and strategic planning functions.

He is the founder and Managing Director of Baker & Associates, a Registered Investment Advisory firm. His investment firm focuses on planning for businesses and individuals. He has had a focused eye on Social Impact Investing since its inception and sees this as an emerging market opportunity. Impact investing is investing for return as well as for a positive social impact.

Over the years he has mentored, nurtured and consulted organizations of all sizes in areas of business and personal finances. Recognizing the value of financial Literacy he has taught both personal and business finance as an adjunct professor at DeVry University and the Keller Graduate School of Management.

I have earned my financial education credentials from the National Financial Educators Council and have met the educational and practice standards to be recognized as a Certified Financial Education Instructor.
